✦ What's the minimum order for wholesale pricing?
There's no minimum to request a quote, and your first wholesale order starts at the Starter tier (10% off retail). Volume tiers kick in from 5 rolls/month.
✦ Will this paper work with my heat press and stones?
Yes — it's standard hot-fix transfer paper that runs on any heat press with crystal, AB, and colored rhinestones, plus hot-fix studs and pearls. The free sample kit exists so you can prove it on your exact setup.
✦ How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship from our Dallas, TX warehouse within 24 hours on business days. Most Texas shops receive orders in 1–2 business days; the rest of the US in 2–4.
✦ Can you also make finished custom rhinestone transfers for me?
